As I have written about before, walking is a very underrated form of exercise. If you are walking around the right place, it can be very peaceful, which was the case when I recently explored Neptune Beach on the Oregon Coast. In addition to it having soothing ocean noises, it is also a great place to look for rocks and shells.
Neptune Beach is part of the Oregon State Parks network on the mid-Oregon Coast. It consists of a small parking lot and a few picnic tables, in addition to the beach itself. Below is an embedded video from the Older Muscles YouTube channel of the beach (which I recorded with my GoPro).
