I aim to drink 100 fluid ounces of water per day, and that doesn’t include coffee or amino acid drinks – just straight water. That can get a bit repetitive, so to mix it up, I drink sparkling/seltzer waters.
I don’t necessarily have a preference of brand. I basically just get whatever is on sale at my local grocery store. Some flavors are definitely better than others, and none of them are ever going to be as tasty as an actual soda.
However, they are almost always zero calories and do not have heaping amounts of added sugar in them like conventional sodas do. Check out the embedded video below from the Older Muscles YouTube channel for more of my thoughts about sparkling/seltzer drinks.
