Several studies have found that omega-3 is good for overall heart health, and it may also slow down the aging process. It is always best to get vitamins and minerals from real foods. However, if you are on a calorie-deficit diet like I am and you don’t get enough omega-3 from natural sources, I recommend trying out a fish oil supplement like this one.
