The supplement in the embedded video below (via the Older Muscles YouTube channel) is one that I never took when I was younger, but now that I am over the age of 40, I consider it to be a vital part of my regimen.
As I mentioned in this video product review, I was taking a different supplement geared towards doing the same thing, although it was over double the price of this one. Due to the other product being out of stock, I picked this one up from my local grocery store, and it seems to be just as effective as the other one. Obviously, my experience is anecdotal, but it has truly helped with making my joints and tendons feel better, for what that is worth.
