I have used Animal Pak ‘Ultimate Foundation’ vitamin packs for about two years after having them initially recommended to me by my dad. My brother was doing weekly trainings with an ex-Navy Seal turned personal trainer, and that trainer recommended the Animal Pak vitamins to my brother.
After two years of using them daily, I personally think that they are great. As I pointed out in a previous article, and discuss in the embedded video review below, I take multivitamins as a sort of ‘insurance policy’ on my health. I am currently on a calorie deficit diet, and I do not eat as much of a variety of food as I have in the past. From that standpoint, vitamins help me fill the void to some degree.
As you will see in the embedded video below, Animal Pak ‘Ultimate Foundation’ vitamins are packed with vitamins, minerals, and other nutrition. The front label lists that the vitamin packs help the following:
- Cellular energy
- Immune health
- Cardiovascular health
- Metabolism
- Healthy liver function
- Antioxidant activity
- Muscle building
- Cognitive function
- Digestion
- Bioavailability
In addition to standard vitamins and minerals, the packs, which include 8 pills per pack, contain an amino acid complex, a liver detox complex, a protein complex, a ‘performance’ complex, an antioxidant complex, a digestive enzyme and absorption complex, and an energy/focus complex.
Check out the video below for more information and my thoughts, and check out AnimalPak’s website to find out what they have to say and how to order if you are into that sort of thing.
